Indecisive Squirrel on Where to Head on and Good Balancing Act

This adult squirrel has a body length around 22cm and with the tail almost equal to the body length. It easily recognizes the species as Plantain Squirrel or Callosciurus notatus, due to the body and tail olive-brown, black and white stripe on the sides of the body and whitish around the eyes.

This mammal lives in trees and effortlessly ‘flies’ or ‘leaps’ from branch to branch. Its chirping calls are often mistaken for bird calls.
